Hardly the best shot, but still kind of interesting - this example of the classic 4-4-0 "American" was built at Juanita, PA for the PRR, and later ran with the Strasburg Railroad until at least 1989. Presently, she's across the road at the Railroad Museum of PA.
The once nearly standard 4-4-0 was considered obsolete by the late 1800s, but the PRR was to build over 400 D16s between 1895 and 1910. Larger versions of the earlier D14s, these were engaged in secondary service, in decreasing numbers, until the early 1940s. The D16sb designation refers to locomotives rebuilt with superheat.
